My thoughts: This is the first book I have read by Vannetta Chapman. I can see her becoming one of my favorite authors quickly. What a wonderful story. I loved how she made you feel like the characters in the book could be people you know. She developed the characters so well. They felt so genuine. I would highly recommend this book. I look forward to more books in this series and other books by this author.
