Alice is really into the study - things are happening that she is unable to control. This study will change her life in ways she cannot imagine. Her correspondences with Researcher 101 is getting out of hand. Soon she is forced to make a decision - one that will affect her family, her marriage - her whole life. The ending came as a complete surprise! I did not particularly like the book - it appears a little disjointed and was hard to follow. It jumped around too much.
