My thoughts on this book: As far as Amish books, this one was different from all of Beverly Lewis books. The Fiddler is not a traditional Beverly Lewis style. Usually her books take up more than one book to come to a conclusion of the characters. You know what happens to Michael and Amelia at the end. Also this is her first book coming from a man’s perspective. I would have loved to see more of their characters developed over time in another book. Still a great books as all of Beverly Lewis’s books are. I look forward to more books in the “Home to Hickory Hollow series”.
