Smuggling in this town is taken for granted. Officer Moore is at a loss to who the traitor maybe and what his treason is. Does it have anything to do with smuggling or is it something worse. The innkeeper’s daughter is romance novel with an intriguing mystery that will keep you turning pages well into the night. Johanna is beleaguered by debts and deadbeat lodgers, a traveling band whose music sounds like a bunch of screeching alley cats and a landlord who is trying desperately to take away the Inn.

I thoroughly enjoyed the book. This is the first time that I have read any of Ms. Criep’s, and was pleasantly surprised as how she brought all the characters together. You will be amazed at who the actual traitor turned out to be.

Highly recommend this book to readers which like well written romance/mystery novels.

Read it you won’t be disappointed.
